Suggested Preparation:

  1. Defrost lobster tails completely
  2. Cut open tails lengthwise on the top of the shell and pull out to meat to rest on top of the shell "butterfly style"
  3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  4. Bake 15 minutes
  5. Serve with drawn butter and lemon
